Course Description:

Small and medium sized business owners have a daunting responsibility of learning compliance guidelines from agencies like the EPA, state, local, and federal OSHA. If you have workers, then you have a federal requirement to protect them from injury and illness. There are real consequences to not following the OSHA regulations including fines that are public records. Safety and Health regulations are only a minimum component for an organization to protect workers.

The corporate safety and health coordinator is entrusted in making sure that the workers are compliant with safety and health regulations and keeping workers safe. This seminar will help the compliance officer and corporate executive get a comprehensive view of OSHA compliance to keep business on the right side of safety laws. Additionally, Mr. Yarbrough will give a detailed understanding of how OSHA regulates each industry.
